What you need to know

Arrive 15 minutes early. We check your group in and give the pre-game briefing before the 60-minute clock starts. Arrive late and you have less time to play — the end time doesn’t move.
Your game is private. Your group only — you’re never matched with strangers.
Everyone signs a waiver. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to complete it before arrival. Sign it now.
Payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Changes and cancellations. All sales are final. With at least 48 hours’ notice we’ll issue a store credit to your Mastermind account; a $25-per-room fee applies to any cancelled or rescheduled game. No refunds for late, missed or cancelled games.
