What you need to know

• Arrive 15 minutes early. We check your group in and give the pre-game briefing before the 60-minute clock starts. Arrive late and you have less time to play — the end time doesn’t move.
• Your game is private. Your group only — you’re never matched with strangers.
• Everyone signs a waiver. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to complete it before arrival. Sign it now.
• Payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• Changes and cancellations. All sales are final. With at least 48 hours’ notice we’ll issue a store credit to your Mastermind account; a $25-per-room fee applies to any cancelled or rescheduled game. No refunds for late, missed or cancelled games.
